To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

How to Request a Refund

Do not send items back without contacting us first.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.
