If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 14 days of receiving your order Eligibility for Refund
To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for a refund:

– Personalized or custom items

How to Request a Refund
Please email us at info@triplesisters.co with your order number and reason for the return.
Do not send items back without contacting us first.

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.
